Last Sunday, July 10, RENOME SMART team took part in a football tournament of Rivne IT cluster.
Competitions were held between 5 companies in our city:
- RENOME SMART
- КТС
- Zagrava
- Selecto
- GG4L
It's a shame that there weren't a lot of fans. But as a small, friendly team, we warmly supported our players.

In the first round, RENOME SMART team lost to KTC. Having warmed up, our guys continued to fight for the championship.
The games were interesting, and the intrigue remained almost until the end of the tournament, especially when we lost to KTC in an equal game in the group but won them in the final. Well done, we fought to the end and never gave up, which is why we won the tournament.

We did an incredible thing - we defeated last year's champions! We achieved success thanks to skill, discipline on the field and well-coordinated team play.

On the background of last year's defeat, our team really wanted to win and show what we really deserve. No one expected an easy victory, since physically prepared and well-played teams played against us. The fight was bound to be fierce, and it brought the result on the field: already in the first game, leading 3-0, we bottled in the second half and conceded 3 goals from Selecto team. The match against KTC showed that we lack team unity and mutual understanding — a 0-4 defeat and a lot of missed chances. Therefore, we went to the third game against Zagrava with the slogan "All or nothing", because a victory with a difference of 5 goals would have provided us with a ticket to the final. We got together and showed our fighting spirit and skills in the final phase - 6-0 and we are in the final!! Football fortune smiled on us in the final game against KTC and reset the loss counter from RENOME SMART. Team spirit, thirst for victory, organization and leadership qualities of the captain, reliable performance of the goalkeeper — all this together provided us with results.

I want to say thank you to everyone who actively participated in the tournament! To the team, for their strength, effort, and dedication on the football field, as well as to all those who supported us outside of it! All this helped us get a great result and win the final game. Generally speaking, this tournament gave us the opportunity, albeit for a short time, to escape from everyday life, get positive emotions and just spend time in a pleasant company of people.
